This skill involves a few different things. It means the ability to adapt to change. Most of us hate change if it means taking away something that we like. For example, we always park in a certain car park, but it is now a __________ site, so we have to find a new place to park. In work terms, it may mean something as simple as being asked to move your desk to a different place. Or it may mean __________ or moving country to do a different or a similar job in a new place.

This ability to adapt to change is sometimes called capability, because it is more than a skill. It involves attitude and success in adapting to change. So if you say you have initiative you need to be able to ________ success stories involving you demonstrating this capability. This is one area where you can shine- say how you successfully managed, or are managing, the change of country, language and _______. But give real, positive examples. Be ready to _________ assess the difficult areas too. After all, no one is 100% successful in everything they do.

Enterprise is often talked about when young people or new arrivals  start a small business which becomes a success. It is sometimes a ________ which leads to an online business, or could do in the future.
